GO Auto has launched the MG Hector Tomahawk EV in Nepal, with the three-row electric SUV arriving with a 69.2 kWh battery pack and a claimed range of 517 km. The Excite variant is priced at Rs 61.99 lakh, while the first 50 customers can purchase it at an introductory price of Rs 57.99 lakh.
The Hector Tomahawk EV is JSW MG Motor’s new three-row electric SUV, essentially an MG-badged version of the Wuling Eksion EV, which is already available in Nepal. The two models share the same underlying identity, although equipment and specifications can vary by market and variant.
The Hector Tomahawk's eletric motor produces 150 kW of maximum power and 310 Nm of torque. It gets a 69.2 kWh battery and a claimed range of 517 km under the MIDC test cycle. Real-world range will vary depending on driving style, traffic, road conditions and vehicle load.

Charging capability includes DC fast charging at up to 90 kW, with a claimed 30–80 percent charging time of around 35 minutes. Using a 7.4 kW AC charger, charging from 10 to 100 percent takes approximately 12.5 hours.
Measuring 4,745 mm in length, 1,850 mm in width (excluding mirrors) and 1,770 mm in height, the SUV has a wheelbase of 2,810 mm. It rides on 18-inch alloy wheels with 225/55 R18 tyres, with MacPherson strut suspension at the front and independent multi-link suspension at the rear. All four wheels feature disc brakes.

Inside, the Excite variant gets a Desert Squadron interior theme, man-made leather upholstery, an 8.8-inch multi-information display and a 12.8-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a six-speaker audio system with tweeters, cruise control, push-button start and four drive modes — Eco, Normal, Sport and Custom — are also included.
Comfort features include a six-way power-adjustable driver's seat, a four-way power-adjustable front passenger seat, power-folding ORVMs, rear AC vents, USB charging ports and a 60:40 split-folding second-row seat. The seven-seat configuration also gets a folding third row and dedicated third-row AC vents.
Boot space ranges from 192 litres with all three rows in use to 528 litres with the third row folded. The five-seat version offers 610 litres, expandable to 1,053 litres with the second row folded.

Exterior highlights include LED projector headlamps, LED DRLs and tail lamps, an illuminated front logo, roof rails, side body cladding, a rear spoiler and 18-inch precision-cut rotor-style alloy wheels.
Safety equipment comprises six airbags, Electronic Stability Program (ESP), traction control, hill-hold control, ABS with EBD, brake assist, an electric parking brake with auto hold and a direct tyre-pressure monitoring system. Rear parking sensors, a reverse parking camera, ISOFIX child-seat anchors and seatbelt reminders for all seats are also provided.
The Hector Tomahawk EV also supports vehicle-to-load (V2L) functionality for powering compatible external devices, while vehicle-to-home (V2H) functionality is listed as requiring a compatible, separately sold unit.
At Rs 61.99 lakh, the MG Hector Tomahawk EV enters Nepal's electric SUV market with a sizeable battery, a long claimed range and a feature-rich cabin.
The introductory price of Rs 57.99 lakh offers a Rs 4 lakh reduction for the first 50 customers. However, with the Wuling Eksion EV already on sale in Nepal, the Hector Tomahawk EV also presents an interesting case of two badges offering closely related electric SUVs in the same market.
